Shipping Policy
Global Fulfillment
All ORIGEN prints are produced on-demand through Prodigi's global print network. Your order is automatically routed to the facility closest to your delivery address, ensuring faster shipping and reduced environmental impact.
Production Time
Each print is custom-made to order. Production typically takes 5-7 business days. During peak periods, production may take up to 10 business days.
Shipping Times
- United States: 5-7 business days after production
- Europe: 5-10 business days after production
- United Kingdom: 3-5 business days after production
- Australia & New Zealand: 7-12 business days after production
- Rest of World: 10-15 business days after production
Tracking
You'll receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships. Track your package in real-time through the carrier's website.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and order contents. We offer free shipping on orders over $200.
Total Timeline
From order to delivery: 2-4 weeks depending on your location. We appreciate your patience as we ensure every print meets our museum-quality standards.
Returns & Refunds
Custom-Made Products
Since each ORIGEN print is uniquely generated and custom-made to order, we cannot accept returns for change of mind. Your selected design is permanently locked to your purchase, making it a true one-of-one piece.
Damaged or Defective Prints
We take great care in packaging and shipping, but if your print arrives damaged or defective, we'll make it right:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery
- Provide photos of the damage
- We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you
Lost or Stolen Packages
If tracking shows your package as delivered but you haven't received it, please check with neighbors and your building's mail room. Contact us at hello@origen.art and we'll work with the carrier to investigate.
Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. Once production begins, cancellations are no longer possible as your unique print is already being created.
Wrong Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. We cannot modify the address once an order has been placed. If the package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we'll contact you to arrange reshipment (additional shipping fees may apply).
Customs & Import Duties
For international orders, customs fees, import duties, and taxes may apply depending on your country's regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in your order total.
Customs processing times vary by country and may add additional days to delivery.
Packaging
All prints are packaged with care:
- Unframed prints: Shipped flat or in protective tubes with rigid backing
- Framed prints: Wrapped in protective film with corner guards and shipped in reinforced boxes
- Eco-friendly materials: We use FSC-certified and recyclable packaging materials wherever possible
