Orders & Prints
What makes each print unique?
Every piece on ORIGEN is generated by an algorithm using a unique hash. When you randomize, you're creating a variation that has never existed before. Once you order, that exact design is permanently locked to your purchase—no one else can order the same variation.
What printing method do you use?
We use museum-grade giclée printing with 12-color archival pigment UV inks on premium paper. All prints are produced by Prodigi, a Fine Art Trade Guild approved printer. See our Print & Frame Spec page for complete details.
What sizes are available?
We offer four standard ISO sizes: A4 (8×12"), A3 (12×16"), A2 (16×24"), and A1 (24×33"). All sizes are available with or without frames.
What frame options do you offer?
We offer three classic frame styles: Black, White, and Natural wood. All frames are handcrafted from sustainably sourced materials with 20mm profiles and fitted with shatter-resistant acrylic glazing. You can also order prints without frames.
Do I receive a certificate of authenticity?
Yes. Every print includes a certificate of authenticity with your unique hash, making it verifiably one-of-one.
Shipping & Delivery
Where do you ship?
We ship worldwide through Prodigi's global print network. Your order is fulfilled from the facility closest to you for faster delivery.
How long does shipping take?
Production and shipping typically takes 2-3 weeks. Each print is made-to-order to ensure the highest quality. You'll receive tracking information once your order ships.
How are prints packaged?
All prints are carefully packaged with protective materials to ensure safe delivery. Framed prints include extra corner protection and rigid packaging.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by location.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days if your print arrives damaged or defective. Since each piece is custom-made and unique to your order, we cannot accept returns for change of mind. Please inspect your print carefully upon arrival.
What if my print arrives damaged?
Contact us immediately at hello@origen.art with photos of the damage. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. Once production begins, cancellations are no longer possible as your unique print is already being created.
Technical & Other
How do I care for my print?
Display your print away from direct sunlight and high humidity. Dust framed prints with a soft, dry cloth. With proper care, your print will maintain its vibrancy for 100+ years.
Can I see my print before ordering?
Yes! Use the "Randomize" button on the product page to explore infinite variations. Click "Close-up" view to see your selected design in detail. What you see is exactly what you'll receive.
Who are the artists?
ORIGEN works with pioneering generative artists who use code as their creative medium. Visit our Artists page to learn more about the creators behind the algorithms.
Is this NFT-related?
No. ORIGEN sells physical art prints only. While we use similar generative art technology to NFT platforms like artblocks, we focus exclusively on museum-quality physical prints with certificates of authenticity.
